The balcony door needed to be repaired at very short notice. From the telephone customer service, the immediate preparation of the offer and the further (appointment) communication, everything went very well. The two employees who came for repairs were very friendly and did their job quickly and competently. Even if only a small order, compared to many previous experiences in similar situations, I am really very positively surprised - the friendly demeanor and reliability is something that is far too seldom found today. I received excellent advice from Mr. Kurz personally. The carpenters worked cleanly and quickly and took less time than offers, which made the thing even cheaper than expected! For 5 stars!
