The sushi course far exceeded our expectations. We learned a lot about the ingredients, sources of supply and the right preparation. All essential work steps and techniques were demonstrated on site and could be practiced by the course participants. After the third self-made sushi roll, a stress-free work routine began. It was really fun. We produced far more sushi on this course than we could eat that evening. All course participants could still take a lot of sushi home for freezing. There was also first-class white wine and a great place setting. We really enjoyed this evening. With all my heart: 5 stars!

Great cooking class with lots of tips on the subject of fish, with delicious dishes, great hosts and a lot of fun! Absolutely recommended!

A great cooking class in a wonderful ambience. Thanks to Ulli & Manuel for the helpful tricks & tips of the Italian cuisine! We like to come back and try in the meantime to apply the learned in practice!
