Large rush in the afternoon and too few staff. Not much time was taken with the eye test, as was the collection, where the glasses were not even adjusted because too many other customers were waiting. Employees seem very stressed. Appointments, as it is done with other opticians (e.g. Fielmann), would be the better solution. Unfortunately not to be recommended.

Extremely long waiting times in the area for the glasses, we waited 1 hour and there was only one lady there ...
