Catastrophic customer service! I bought a new label maker from Dymo that didn't work. Pargo will NOT take back a new defective device. Instead, as a customer, I have to do a hurdle race with Dymo so that the defective new device can be exchanged for another one. I gave Pagro the opportunity to react to my complaint several times - in vain.
