My assessment only focuses on the aquarium: When we recently visited the aquarium, most of the fish looked very weak, partly with mold, blind in one eye and you could see that the fish were simply not healthy, which I think is a shame.
It is clear to me that a fish in the aquarium does not have a nice life but you could use the hiding places (stones, branches, plants, ...)
offer more protection to hide for the fish so that they have less stress and to leave the fish in the aquarium for a shorter period of time, especially if they do not look healthy ...
The fish do not look healthy, the aquarium very loveless, few or hardly any plants. You can really do without that.
