Heating exchange within 2 days !!!! TOP!!! Our heating (groundwater heat pump) was defective and could not be repaired. After the on-site inspection, it took until the afternoon until the offer was available. The next morning I was contacted by phone if I had any questions about the offer.
After the order was placed on Monday morning, two fitters arrived on Thursday and the heating was replaced. (with conversion of the heat distributor!) On Friday shortly after noon the system was running and we got warm again!
Clean work, friendly staff! Thanks to the team that made this quick swap possible. From my point of view, I can only recommend the company!
It was a pleasure to work with this great family business. What we needed was always in the foreground and the experience helped a lot that we consider things that we were not aware of, but that would only be difficult afterwards. Thank you very much for the perfect civil service!
