That was clearly the first and last time that we bought something there !! Have a ceramic field exchange initiated including installation. We also gave our old model and when the boss wanted to make the exchange, it did not fit. Then he thought that we now had to organize a carpenter at his own expense because the cutout would not be big enough. After telephone demand then in the shop the snotty answer "we should stop now the boss"! So I was willing to pay more than in the normal trade because of "Local provider", etc. But this customer service shows that it can not go so bad for small businesses in the country !!!!
