An inquiry about the VELUX craftsman search was started. The request was sent to company Nimmervoll Rudolf Spenglerei & Dachdeckerei, Huebergasse 4, 4210 Gallneukirchen. Since the VELUX action ended on 31 July 2019, I received a message on my telephone request that the action was extended by one month. The company has not even contacted me since then, neither by phone nor by email. I'll probably have to choose another one.

E-mails are not answered, and there is no announced feedback. No service or customer orientation! Then commissioned another plumber and were extremely satisfied with it.
