Very satisfied
Staff very friendly and competent
Staff extremely courteous and competent. The boss is a master of his trade and always has everything in view. The customer's concerns are addressed and objectively assessed whether a cut fits. Prices are not cheap, but good midfield. There's a lot of work for that.
Unfortunately I was disappointed by the owner tonight! After 24 o'clock suddenly came extremely loud music from the shop, whereupon I went to see what's going on there. At the entrance to the business, I found an obviously intoxicated group of men, whom I pointed out that such a volume is neither reasonable nor allowed at this time of day.
Then the owner was added and the sound got rough soon. In addition to statements such as "I should sneak me" and whether I am on stress / problems, the troop (including the owner) was physically threatening close to me approached.
I finally declared that I would call the police for any further noise disturbances and that I would no longer visit the business as a customer. Then the owner replied that he is the "shit" and I should run away (in addition to various other insults his cronies). One of the group followed me on my way back a few meters, but luckily was called back by the other that he should leave me alone. " I felt extremely threatened and internally prepared to be attacked.
Anyone who deals with his neighbors and customers definitely does not deserve further support! Except for the rest of the staff, which was always nice and accommodating. For me, my clientele has done there, however, and I can only advise against visiting this barber.
My hairdresser for years
Since I have been a customer of the hairdresser in the Arkadenhof - and this has been quite a long time - I have been absolutely satisfied with the haircut, the service, the friendly, respectful treatment of the customers, the professional advice, .... !!
