I am very satisfied with the recessed ceiling spots from LED Lichtblick that have been in operation for 6 years. Now I ordered more recessed spots, but in the wrong light color because I misjudged the overall situation. Although a month had passed between the order and the test, the lamps were taken back and exchanged for the other light color free of charge. The replacement was there the very next day! That is perfect customer service!
