Dean did a great job. He explained everything to me in detail on the phone in and he was very patient and explained it over and over again until I really got it and help me choose the right product. I am very happy he gave me a little discount and made it happen I could get my juicer the very next day.

Thanks a lot for the delivery! Everything worked out well. It took a bit longer than expected but came with a present, exactly which I wanted! The communication was prompt and very friendly.
I bought Kuvings SV-500 Vacuum Blender from EUjuicers. Delivery was fast and inexpensive, and support is excellent with nice personal touch by Dean Burnett. These guys know their business and are real professionals.
Unfortunately, no one can be reached by phone, and you don't get an answer by email. So no advice or information possible.
Price equal to that of the competition. Delivery time is OK. Shipping in original packaging, so content clearly recognizable, not optimal.

Ordered a healthy juicer. A break across the juicer was already defective after two days. Clearly a guarantee case for me. Because the juicer is suitable for celery juice and I didn't overfill it either, because otherwise, as a woman, I have far too little strength to handle too much pressed material! The company sent photos which they passed on to the manufacturer. The answer was: failed because we apparently used too much pressed material. Which was clearly not the case! An excuse so that you lose your warranty claims! wrote again that I do not agree with their approach. No answer received to date. Completely disappointing and unprofessional in my eyes. This company is doing well to be trained in customer friendliness and in dealing with complaints. A lot of potential would be preserved. As already read in several reviews, the company likes to avoid warranty claims. Sometimes doesn't even give an answer. I would never order anything here again and I do not recommend this company to any other readers.

After this evaluation, the company got in touch and showed itself to be courteous and replaced the defective part for me. Therefore from one star to three stars! Would be great if it would work from the beginning next time.
