Brought in new laptop for repair. Originally this should take about 1 week. Still no response after more than a month. After asking several times, no one could give competent information as to when the laptop would finally be ready. Unfortunately, one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Unprofessional and annoying.
It was perfect advice. Pleasant atmosphere and each of the employees very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it. If you have any questions or problems, you are in good hands and well looked after.
