Asked support via email how to return a product which I picked up at the store. Got a fast response "no problem within 14 days". So I returned the product at the shop here in Salzburg - completly unused, in the original box and not a sign of even having it unboxed. However, the guy at the counter told me right away there will be at least a 5% deduction no matter what. After telling him that I don't think we are going to play this game and a short discussion (and when he saw the product is in mint condition), I got the full refund. I'm aware that e-tec is not a full-service shop but I expect to get at least the minimum service within my customer rights. I research what I need an barely ever return products - if I have to, I don't want to argue as if I were 16 years old and have done something wrong. Anyway, e-tec lost a loyal customer today. Amazon and co a re sooo much easier to deal with.

Expert Staff with a great customer Service

Customer service = NULL Unfriendly and important business manager who has no idea of customer service and customer care. Human completely out of the role. Will never buy a product there again. Go to other electronics retailers in Salzburg.

Even if an order has to be canceled due to delivery problems on the part of the supplier, this can be done without any problems and remittances are processed very quickly. That's what I call good customer service!
