Great service. The dishwasher broke for us and after a short phone call the new one was in the kitchen 4 hours later. Not a matter of course in the Corona period The fitters were also very nice and competent. Highly recommended!

Very good and honest advice - I was not talked about the most expensive device, but recommended the dryer that suits my needs! This is not a matter of course nowadays! We also had the dryer set up and installed by customer service - the service here was also absolutely TOP - the device was installed quickly and cleanly and the staff were very friendly and competent. As soon as our old washing machine is defective - we will shop here again! :) Highly Recommended!!! UPDATE 12/10/2020: A small component of our washing machine was broken. Contacted Miele Center and one day later we had a spare part in the mailbox! :-) Top!

Prompt service, delivery, perfect installation and return of old devices and all this at an affordable price. Less than 24 hours passed from ordering to commissioning. Local providers can easily keep up with the big online providers if they only get the chance

Dishwasher with installation - team comes in Corona times without a mask "we don't need" - we don't know about covers for street shoes - assembly of the front without a tape measure - unnecessary holes drilled for it - really great. There is no explanation - set the water hardness - no result. Complaint on site in the shop ".. our best, everyone is always satisfied ..", water hardness is okay. Change is in the description. The assembly team is miserable, and the processing of complaints in the shop is quite arrogant to condescending. The supplied description for setting the water hardness does not match the device. At the Miele Center in Wals, you receive competent and courteous advice. The correct procedure was explained and demonstrated there. Conclusion - whoever thinks they are better served by this specialist retailer than by wholesalers - can be wrong.
