Mr. Fingernagel was on site within a few hours of the call, and the heating fault was found and rectified immediately. Very competent, I can only recommend this installer!

Have commissioned this company to install a cistern on the Toillete in our apartment. After the installers were gone, we found that the ports were leaking and that water was running out with each flush. We tried unsuccessfully for a whole day to reach the company over the phone and ask for rectification but nobody answered the phone. On the evening of the following day, only one email came to me a totally inflated bill (twice as high as the cost estimate). After another day's delay, the company has reported directly in the morning and fixed the damage immediately. Even with the excessive bill she has gone down significantly after a conversation with the price.
