Austroflamm got their reputation from the wood stoves. The resellers are very well training on saying it is premium brand from Europe and for this you pay a premium price. I think it is the other way around. I got a Austroflamm Clou pellet stove which costs over 5000 euro end user price and Austroflamm refuses to give ANY service. Not in parts or repairs, no just technical information. Something which costs them nothing! They are very protective for their dealer network by not sharing any information, which makes this a VERY expensive solution as you are bound to dealers, which are still in the mindset of premium brand from Europe, so high price in maintenance. We are owning this pellet stove for about one year now, it is OK, but saying it is exceptionally better, no. The flame is nice, but the noise in not different then similar stoves with a convection system. I think Austrofamm should rethink their strategy. As to my opinion no dealer is going to lose any business if they share information. As other brands do share this information, they are still in business and dealers don't complain. In response Austroflamm gives the usual non sense that you should be properly trained to maintain a pellet stove. I think it is up to the owner what he or she does with an stove they own. I would warn potential owners for this strategy as it makes the stove even more expensive as they already are.

Purchased Austroflamm punch line now the stove needs maintenance Heater cannot be reset and I do not receive a manual from the factory. (service manual they don't even answer your mail dealers don't come or they can't solve it Austroflamm does not want to help me until now, want to contact the dealer again, all information about the stove is kept with them

The service after a cracked window was very good! Worked quickly and cleanly! The service employee was very friendly and explained the new stoves well!

I bought a Mo Duo combi oven from Austroflamm that didn't work from day one. After several attempts at repairs, which repeatedly resulted in new errors, now in a legal dispute with the local dealer. No customer orientation. Austroflamm "Service" employee for Germany in my area on the phone is very annoyed, everything is checked under "Operating errors", which then turns out to be a device defect. No questioning whether problems have been solved, everything stays with the customer. Anyone expecting help and service is wrong here.
