I wanted a side vertex and steps. That was it! I just wanted to have my tips cut and not 15 inches away! My hair has gone up to my bottom and now they are up to my breasts. I was not talked to at all. Although I said my wish very clear !!! 55 € for that I was very dissatisfied is a joke. I was offered to go over and let the Stuffen in. That means at least 5 cm away ...
