Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive rating for this company. You are (unannounced) obliged to buy the traps - this amounts to 100 euros for 11 traps. When I order an exterminator I want to "get" dead mice, but not BUY traps - I can do that myself too! Telephone calls are billed meticulously (globally) and the employee was there for 45 minutes - but 2 hours were billed. Zero willingness to compromise. I'm sorry - hands off! Incidentally, no mouse was caught, but you could watch her licking the Nutella out of the trap ... I am very disappointed - over 200 euros and NO mouse! Stefan Neuhauser
