Only the reality looks a little different there!
I had arranged for someone to stop by me (one street further) at the end of August and take a look at the sealing strips on my soapstone stove.
Nobody came!
Then on 9/11/18 I asked what happened to my order.
After some back and forth you realized that the job was already filed as done.
Well it can happen. We made an appointment for 9/13/2018 at 5 p.m. Nobody came again.
Also I was not called and told what was going on.
So I can and will take another company.
I can only buy something from them or recommend them to others, and I definitely will not recommend such a company if you deal with customers that way.
I didn't know that such a small order might not be good enough for this company.
