Bought jacket was not there in the size. Sales women say no problem, she'll be there in 4-5 working days. Waited two weeks now and still no call or e-mail after several calls who picked up and talked to me annoyed. End of story Jacket bought for my wife for € 285. Who unfortunately didn't have a present under the tree for Christmas ........ I'm really disappointed, and a week before that I bought for almost 800 € and I was promised a lot that wasn't kept.

I was told on the phone that my goods are in stock, I drove 20 km, the goods were not there

There was no customer except me in the shop. None of the 4 employees had offered help or information. Then after 20 min. Leave the shop. Apparently the employees were very busy exchanging sales tips among themselves ...
