We have been buying our household appliances from Brunner Buchkirchen for over 20 years. The advice was always friendly and competent. Here you take your time for the customer! The price always fits and can keep up with the prices of the big electronics giants. Delivery? Installation service? Used equipment disposal? Spare Parts? - No problem. TOP ! Nice that there are still such specialty shops :)

Showroom (5 points) In the showroom you will find a wide variety of different wood-burning stoves and there should actually be something for everyone; that's really TOP. Advice (3 points) The consultant is sometimes very competent, although you have to be careful because everything works in the sales pitch and nothing is a problem; right seller. I was really disappointed with the offer that was forwarded by email. In the email 7 items were listed that were not marked; one cannot speak of an actual offer! Establish pipe connection (3 points) A subcontractor comes for this assembly work, I was a little surprised because I assumed that the Brunner company would do the same; but it doesn't matter. The assembly workers drill into the chimney, that was done very well. Then a discussion on how the external supply air (Schiedel ABSOLUT TL) should be made because the consultant explained it differently to us. The assembly team seems a bit overwhelmed in this situation and I decide that we will dismantle the skirting board in this area. After installing the supply air adapter, the skirting board is attached again. Delivery fireplace (3 points) The delivery date for the stove was only agreed orally, a mistake on my part; that didn't happen to me during the entire construction of our house! After no one reported in the agreed delivery week, obituary from our side. It was explained that due to Corona there is a delay in delivery of 2 weeks and that you should contact us for a new delivery date. Ok, no problem for us understand that. After 2 weeks no one answered again and again put off for 2 weeks. At some point the patience ends and you can agree that delivery will be made in 1 week. Delivery is carried out by 2 Brunner employees who set up and connect the stove. After the connection, the delivery note will be handed over to me, stating that payment will be made in cash upon delivery. I have never experienced anything like this before, after I have no invoice and the delivery is incomplete (upper smoke pipe cover missing), it is agreed that the amount will be transferred after receiving the invoice. Tip to the fitters: When entering a house, you ask whether you can keep your street shoes on. Even if it was a bit tedious to get the stove, we still enjoy it!

We just bought a stove for the living room from company Brunner and we are very satisfied! Upon request, Brunner offers a complete package of advice, sales, chimney drilling, delivery and installation. The advice was detailed and extremely helpful, we got exactly the oven that suits us. The delivery times and dates for drilling (very clean!) And for the delivery and installation were met on time - a total of highly professional performance!
