Collect money and send dunning notices and not truths!
Complete cheek! The goods are not delivered in full (for ten weeks). Mails are not answered. The amount for the missing goods will not be transferred back. TO ALL WHO WANT TO ORDER THERE. DO NOT PAY BEFORE RECEIVING THE GOODS !!!! | update on June 22, 2020 | I have now increased the review to two stars because at least the credit was actually transferred. By the way, 250g of the garlic granules mentioned in the answer to my review were ordered. In general, I would like to mention that every customer can expect to receive at least a reply to three emails within ten weeks (until today, the only sign of life from Eder Gewürz was answering this review). Something can always happen and as a customer I would have been satisfied with a brief message / offer. In order to strengthen the domestic economy, I wanted to order from a local dealer, which unfortunately turned out to be a mistake in this case.
Everything great! The products tested so far were sent flawlessly and the quality was also excellent! I love spices :-) The best thing is that it ships with DHL - since I'm not actually at home during the day, I have it sent to my parcel shop nearby. Thank you so much!
Super great and delicious spices and teas at a great price compared to supermarkets. You can also buy organic products. I can only recommend.
Shop wrote review of a product I did not order and not rated item. (Have ordered something else) Article was added to the assortment in 2012, but supposedly rated by me in 2009 with 5 stars. No one responded to my e-mail for two weeks. After a bad review came immediately an answer.
