Customer service - not here! Errors are admitted, but the solutions are not offered. Communication between employees should be a problem, the guilty employee is conveniently not on site. Least of all help comes from the company manager. When shopping you are welcome as a customer, but that's about it. My Husquarna Automower spent a week in these walls without a cost estimate or even a repair ... despite a warranty claim ...
