It is not possible to assign a star. One employee tries very hard. Bought a gasoline chainsaw 1 month ago, the device didn't really work, so I've been back to the store several times. At the cash desk there is an employee who has little idea about customer service. Two weeks ago I left the chainsaw in the shop because the employee couldn't start it either. On his advice, the chainsaw was then sent in to investigate the error. After a week I would be informed that no error was found. Although I got the money back, I will avoid this business in the future.
