AEG washing machine bought about 1 year ago for € 670.

The company sent me a "technician" who tried to train me on laundry distribution and wrote an invoice for around € 140.
==> I still have a defective device and a cheeky bill of around € 140

Having an Electrolux device in your washroom is clear evidence that your landlord hates you! There is no slower, more inaccurate and weaker customer service. In our residential complex, it has not been possible for a month to ensure perfect operation of completely new devices that should even have a guarantee. Since the customer service was on site, our second washroom is now also out of order, because in a month you haven't found the time to at least check the other devices under contract! Result of one month of working time: 4 staircases and 3 entrepreneurs still cannot wash in both washrooms! Congratulations.
Anyone who trusts this customer service to restore the functionality of a laundry room in a month, will be left without a blanket or upholstery for a night like me! In today's economic climate it is no wonder when people lose some of their motivation to complete a job to the satisfaction of their customers, but I have never seen a service team that has lost control of their own devices in such a way!
Multi steamer 4 years old. In our device, the flap disintegrated into its individual parts without warning. The left plastic rail, which is glued to the glass of the outer flap, broke off. For 3 weeks now I have been trying to establish contact with AEG to get a new flap, with little success.
Very hard-working lady on the phone to make an appointment, etc., technician very helpful, patiently explained everything, unfortunately the repair of the dishwasher was not worth it in the end. (Old device lasted 15 years without any repairs!) So I bought AEG again.
Devices are constantly defective. There is always water in the fridge, everything gets moldy. For the dishwasher we need the technician for the 4th time in 2 years. He doesn't wash clean anyway. Hands off these devices.
