We ordered two pizzas. After 30 minutes our order has arrived, but unfortunately we did not receive what we have ordered. My husband called them to correct their mistake, telling them that one of the pizzas is wrong we ordered something totally different, then the dispatcher told us that our order well be deliviered in 2 minutes. We have been waiting for more than 30 minutes... then my husband called the dispatcher again and trying to explain him, that they made a mistake and it is not the first time. The dispatcher started to yelling at us and obviously we tried to get our money back, even if our next order was on the way. We said okay, the order is on the way but it is not the first time that they make a mistake and we just simply fed up.. The dispatcher guy started to yelling us when I tried to get our money back, then I asked him to stop it and do not yell at me, he just simply hang off the call on me. On the second try my husband call them again and the dispatcher said that he is going to block our number to not be able to order from them in the future and then hang off the call. Really nice customer service in 2020, yelling at your customers and cancelling their calls.

Hands off, we had to wait forever for our food. When asked, they said he would be there soon. After 45 minutes there was still no one there. No more Alino!
Ordered burgers and a "homemade" tiramisu there. The burgers were ok (but nothing special either). But the "homemade" tiramisu was a real cheek. It was just whipped cream with lady fingers. Absolutely inedible and has nothing to do with a tiramisu. After the failure, I won't order there again. Because of the tiramisu only 1 star would be due, but the burgers were ok, therefore 2 stars.
