After 6x grill thermostat defective. It was lt. Seller sent as a "goodwill" a replacement thermostat, which does not even cover the holes. This must have been aware of the seller, because he should know his products. When I once again complained about this, I was told that there is no exchange, since the purchase is already 6 months ago and must be assumed by an own cause! On my objection that also the detonators have been wrongly labeled me in a friendly way said that this is probably my problem. Also was threatened by owner to take legal action if you rated him negative! Hands off!! No good quality and absolutely not serious and customer-oriented !!
