The alpine road is very beautiful, good condition, wonderful mountain panorama, but unfortunately it was completely overloaded last week, way too much traffic, no more parking spaces. It is currently not possible as a local to enjoy the excursion destinations in your own state. The tourists are apparently more important and unfortunately often misbehave 🙄
unbelievably beautiful corner of Austria - the road is worth the toll - so well maintained that you can even tackle it with a 12 year old Toyota without breakdowns. And all the stops where you can learn more about the history of the region and nature ... so if I should be allowed to come back to the area, I would very much like to go through here again ...
Great area, beautiful views, very well-kept street, but the information on the homepage about open / closed gastronomy is completely wrong - annoying

Here you should definitely stop, if you drive the Nockalmstraße ....
