Very friendly advice - if it fits - then it fits
Great service! The flat tire, including damage to the jacket on the rear wheel of my mountain bike, was professionally repaired quickly, easily and at a great price. Keep it up!
Good service
Request 15 € (50% more) for the ski adjustment for the skis you brought with you when renting shoes. This was not communicated online when purchasing and surprisingly had to be paid for there. I didn't have to pay for it at 2 other ski rentals so I don't think that's common. Edit to answer: My girlfriend was at a neighboring ski rental in the same week (there the ski bindings were set on the boots for free) and there was a long machine test to see whether the setting was correct. I would not rate that badly if it were communicated online that an additional 15 € would be added. If this transparency does not exist (45 € instead of 30 € as advertised online) I feel that I have been treated unfairly, although I understand that professional work has its price. I don't think the evaluation is unfair.
On the first day, the rental shop no longer had the premium shoes in my size (which I pre-ordered and paid for online).
Great sports shop that stands out from other retailers with its good range and friendly and competent advice. I have bought there several times now and was always very satisfied. Keep it up!
