Then, however, it is handwritten that the voucher would only be valid for half a year, which is legally not permitted and not effective. Consumer protection and every lawyer will confirm that. In my case, the voucher would have expired, according to the manager. When trying to clarify this one does not let the customer finish, with a lot of effort and urgency, an extension is offered, even that is irrelevant, a credit does not expire. Only after several mentioning of the lawyer and a possible process, 48 ​​€ were relinquished. If you have had a similar case, please contact the consumer protection! For me, unfortunately, I have found nothing suitable, but that is not up to Gutra, selection and advice may fit in other cases certainly.
