Great electronics store with nice customer service and a wide arrangement of parts and things. Unfortunately, they cannot quite compete with online pricing and sortiment, but still great and quickly available.
Everything is fine, as long as you don't need anything that's broken or you get the wrong product. Ordered and picked up again despite rather bad experiences. As always, you can run back and forth because the online order and payment confirmation is not valid. The invoice was wrong when I picked it up, I filed a complaint immediately. the young lady said that only the customer service can change that, an email and that will be taken care of. The email was sent 25 minutes after it was picked up, the answer came days later as follows: For tax reasons, nothing can be done. I should just be more careful when ordering. I have, by the way. Then no more answer. At Amazon this is done in 1 minute. In the future, however, I will be more careful - namely definitely never again to buy anything from Majdic or electronic4you.
I would like to give 0 stars. The smartphone was sent in for repair during the warranty period, and I had to pay the shipping costs myself. The device was then returned defective (other error). No response to emails, if you made it to the call center after letting it ring for 10 minutes, callbacks were promised and of course not kept ...
The smartphone has now been inoperative for almost a month.
Delivery in record time - Smart TV (on the 3rd working day) and Soundbar (on the 2nd working day). TOP! Both the post office and the forwarding agent (delivery to the apartment and not just to the first locked door!) Were TOP! Support from the dealer responded to questions immediately. TOP! Any time!!!
