Great electronics store with nice customer service and a wide arrangement of parts and things. Unfortunately, they cannot quite compete with online pricing and sortiment, but still great and quickly available.

I bought an I7 10700k from DiTech in the Klagenfurt - Südpark shop because the price / performance ratio was okay and it was in stock. I was sold a previously tested CPU (with probably worse overclocking values ​​than probably others in the shop - slight signs of use from the cooler were available) as "new product" with the clumsy answer "The Intel sticker on the package can get loose" ... Here customers are probably being sold for stupid ... Definitely my last time at DiTech - I would definitely advise buyers to check the manufacturer's seal when taking over the goods!

Worst delivery time I've ever seen. A monitor ordered at the beginning of December should arrive after a week according to the delivery times on the homepage. Delivery after 3 weeks still not on the way to me. Will probably not come again this year. Customer service on the hotline for my order question not available all day via email no response. Amazon again next time.
