I ordered a bank last year and only recently I bought a children's electric car. Customer-friendly shop user interface and reasonable delivery time. Gladly again!! To recommend only.

Goods were delivered incorrectly, the return took 3 forwarding attempts until the goods were picked up (once only a parcel service instead of a shipping company was commissioned, the wrong time was specified twice, the third time it was picked up) 3 vacation days + stay at home all day + 3x 56 kg out and haul in for a return . There was never an apology to the customer.
