I was totally desperate because my Elektra Bregenz dishwasher stopped working overnight. And that two days before Christmas and the upcoming lockdown. I contacted the Weiss company, which was able to repair my dishwasher on December 23rd within two working days despite a large number of orders. Top service and a big thank you that everything went so smoothly.
Very nice seller. Urgently and quickly needed a spare part for a Siemens washing machine. Was at 2 other larger stores nearby that were much larger in terms of range. However, they did not have the actually common part in stock. Should have waited 2 or 3 days. And by approx. 30% the parts would have been even more expensive there !!!
So I am very satisfied. Keep it up!
Coffee machine works great again! Besides, everything cleaned! Repair costs completely fine!
Usury!! Operator charges € 25 for a non-binding estimate for a defective coffee machine. No craft business requires this when making an offer; even if the boss has to come by car twice in person, measure and make calculations.
The repair costs were estimated at € 85; for once changing hoses and descaling! I would like the hourly wages! The hoses are available from Amazon for around 10 €.
