I can only agree with the negative reviews of the others. Very unprofessional and rude. I had an appointment at 2pm to pick up a birthday cake, which was simply not ready and the lady on site said she wanted to finish eating and only then would I start working and I should just wait. Never again!

They are not something, the decorations are ok but the cakes are terrible ... 90% crust and 10% filling

We ordered from Kolacic twice and never again. On both occasions, the cake was not ready at the agreed time. If you agree to pick up the cake at 2pm, you should keep this. As a customer, you come there and want to take your cake with you and you can wait there for another hour and the annoyed employee who decorates the cake is totally annoyed. The ladies also decorate the cakes according to their ideas, but not according to the photo that was sent to them weeks before. And if you then complain that the cake doesn't look like it does in the photo and why the cake isn't ready, you get cheekily turned on. Thank you but as a paying customer you don't have to accept that from the many confectioners these days !! Never again

Just bad 🤮 should be closed in my opinion. The lady doesn’t react to the customer’s wishes but does what she wants herself Never again.
