Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who helped me but I went there because the sensor of my Opel Crossland X fell inside the rear bumper and I wanted to know if it is still functional because the parking sensor and the blind spot sensor both were inactive. He took the car in and said he'd call me once they know what is to be done. I got a call after 30 minutes that the car is done and that they fixed the sensor back in place. They didn't charge me anything. I know it's a tiny thing but it was a great and quick service. And one more thing, the car wasn't even bought from them.
It is the worst garage where i gone. Customer services is nonexistent. They never have available rent car. More over, you have to pay 12euros to have this service which is normally free. People who work inside are not friendly and not accomodating.
I advice to everybody to not go in this garage.

They speak little English, the only luck they have is a Balkan mechanic with whom it was easier to communicate then
Always the helper in an emergency, even if our old car is brought by the ÖAMTC again without prior notice. Uncomplicated, unbureaucratic, competent help.
