Friendly competent and prompt service.
We’ve been servicing our cars here for years but not any more. The service has become so bad that we are withdrawing our entire fleet from this garage:
1. Scheduled meetings are constantly delayed
2. The staff is condescending, especially if your German isn’t perfect
3. Repairs, occasionally, aren’t done properly
4. Repairs, sometimes simple ones, take days to complete

Nice staff they were willing to help.
It went badly if you first do an air conditioning service with a defective radiator fan and a bad air conditioning system, then the air conditioning simply does not work at all, and then 2 weeks later when you replace the radiator fan you find that the air conditioning compressor is broken and suddenly wants to charge 3000 instead of the estimated 1300 . On a 12 year old car. The MA were very polite and tried, unfortunately the pale aftertaste remains ...
