I contacted this company about a reha, the driver was extremely unfriendly and annoyed, he wanted to bill me for the trip when I told him that the Ögk would take over, he got impatient and called the Ögk from my cell phone at 8 o'clock as When he got the answer that the ÖGK would take over the trip, he wanted to finish the trip quickly, even though it was a three-hour drive, when he started off I noticed that he was avoiding the autobahn and taking the detours has to save the toll costs, he also had a stressful and histerious driving white so that I became more and more sick and I almost vomited, upon arrival I was exhausted from the really bad journey and needed a few days to get to me This company deserves a professional ban and should lock up, if you deal with customers like that, then it is no longer worth contacting this company. Having spent the past 50 months having the "pleasure" of using the Pokorny Ride Service, I wanted to share my experience with the public. From lies and unreliability from headquarters to incompetent employees, this company has everything to offer. I understand well that at certain times in Vienna, there may be a delay on the road due to traffic jams, but if instead of the, as I was told, 30 minutes, suddenly 3h must wait, understands me too understand. Although this was not even my longest wait, since even once was forgotten by the head office to forward my job to a driver and I spent 4h in the hospital with a very nice elderly gentleman, who missed his lunch at the retirement home. I also understand that the drivers are under a lot of stress because they have a lot of pick-ups to do, but when I have to go with a weak, frail lady and her rollator a stick with the stairs because the driver "has no time to go to the other side where the elevator is", I have no understanding. I could probably write a book about complaints about the Pokorny Ride Service, but I hope those examples are proof enough that you should look for another transportation company. After all, it can not be a coincidence that many drivers submit the notice after only a few months. Of course, there were a few exceptions here and there, where I actually only waited for the 40 minutes or met a competent, friendly driver, but such cases can be counted on one hand.
