I bought my 2018 Z900 there, everything was ok (that's why 2 stars), ... However, everything that came afterwards wasn't so great, service is done in between, tire changes too, there is no answer to emails about spare parts.
Was then in a workshop where there are appointments and you can wait for them ...
Buying a bike there is okay. Sellers are nice and knowledgeable.
Service is very, very questionable: after the first service, a part of the scooter was forgotten to screw tightly into the gearbox. After repairing this error, my box was not properly screwed on and then ripped out (because logically I didn't notice it). The scooter was actually a total loss (because the frame would have had to be completely replaced). Since I got my scooter back quickly and didn't want any long-term legal issues to roll, I agreed to a repair by welding.
So rather not to be recommended.
The most terrible experience in a business ever - obviously frustrated salespeople with a tendency to sadism torture and measure the customers to the point of blood. Only when you are completely at the end of your nerves and humbly apologize and take on all the sins of this world do they redeem you and all the problems previously presented as insurmountable are suddenly no longer an issue.
I'm really sorry for you.
