Emergency service on Friday evening was there after 1 1/2 hours. Unfortunately the thermal bath total loss. The exchange then worked well despite technical problems - arrived a little late than announced, but then stayed until 9pm. Flat rate cheap and adhered to without discussion - no overtime / night hours charged. With great pleasure again - I am of the opinion that the quality of craftsmen only becomes apparent when something does not work and the guys did a great job

On time came 2.5 hours after the appointment. Unfortunately, we also had a bad experience with the service. We had to replace some parts of the thermal bath which, according to the installer, have a 2-year guarantee. I received the invoice immediately by email while they were still there and I had to transfer immediately. They stayed there for so long. Unfortunately, I did not immediately look at the details of the invoice. It was just a flat rate. The replaced parts are not specified, so there is no transparency as to what has actually been done / exchanged. For two months we have been trying to reach them unsuccessfully. Do not answer the emails and do not answer the phone. How lost.

Fast and competent service. On Saturday we had a drain blockage in the shower tray that was so massive that the water was up to the edge of the shower tray after showering and we had to fear that the next time we shower, the water would overflow. The bottle of pipe cleaning gel that we left overnight did not really help, but on Sunday morning the water almost overflowed at the end of the shower process. In an online advertising market, we came across the advertisement from M&M Installationstechnik, which also promises immediate service on weekends in its advertising. After we called, it took less than half an hour for 2 of the company's employees to be on site and to have the problem resolved promptly. Highly recommended!
