The first time I went there without an appointment, noticing that I was slipping into a deep depression. I was super nervous, trembled and scared. The nurse was a bit reserved at first. But after I briefly explained my situation to him, he understood my urgency and when he had some air he sat down with me and went through a kind of questionnaire with me. I felt very cared for and understood. He said a sentence that has become a kind of mantra for me. "Yes, you're already like that. But you can work on it" ♡ The next day I called and got an appointment with a doctor 3 weeks later. At the appointment I was examined by a very dear sister who skillfully absorbed my nervousness. Blood pressure was measured and physical and medical data were recorded. I hardly remember the first conversation with the doctor, he asked many questions and discussed possible treatments and possible clinical pictures with me. I like his easygoing, somewhat quirky manner and I also feel very comfortable with him, in conversation. I am writing this in so much detail that maybe a little bit of fear for potential clients. And to say thank you for the very committed team. Thanks to you, I was able to gain a little courage and strength. Thanks ♡

the staff are understanding (pretty much all patients are finally shot), friendly and helpful, my doctor is a true pearl, extremely competent, open-minded and dedicated. my first contact with the emergency hotline of the PSD was very positive, but in recent years of friends have heard only bad about just that. had a psych even this summer. emergency, have called there and can join me in this opinion; after explaining my problem was the answer "what ned what should do now, i know you jo ned, gengans stop in the hospital". complete lack of empathy and the desire to provide assistance, even the sound was simply disinterested and sluggish. Honestly, I could have asked the wiaschtla around the corner, which could probably help me even better. However, because of this incident have filed detailed complaint and hope that the service quality and commitment have already improved / will soon improve!

The doctors are competent but the rest of the staff can be forgotten. For example, employees treat you as underexposed and are often very unhealthy. It would actually only rate with a star but doctors can not help it ..
