Ok so i went and bought a drone with a camera yesterday today I just found out that the camera was fake and went to return it when i asked :hey can I return this please? Kashier:No why? Me: the camera is fake and the drone is awful. Kashier:idk sorry I can't return it!

i wish the people working there could have more experience on guiding customers and affecting their decisions! they have almost zero technical information when it comes to technical questions regarding multimedias( computers)!!
Best customer service I've experienced indeed! I had an issue with a product from the online shop and they patiently gave me their time and helped me solve the issue exceptionally well. Even though I was an English speaker I did not feel there was any problem communicating even from the managers side. I would highly recommend this branch of Saturn due to their repair and online shop customer service segment.
