Articles are poorly described on the site. In the case of an incorrect order, you have to pay for the return yourself (which is still OK) and a storage fee of 25% is also required - even though another article would be ordered instead. There is also no goodwill despite repeated requests. In total, an unintentional wrong order costs a customer 30 € and more. Dealer cannot be recommended under any circumstances.
EDIT - Reply from owner: The information regarding storage costs is certainly incorrectly placed on the return form - then it is already too late for a customer and you can no longer decide whether you want to order at all. It is also your responsibility to be able to negotiate such costs with your partner (!). All in all, an unsatisfactory situation for your (!) Customers!
You can get almost all spare parts for your household or other electrical appliances such as. Coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator at a fair price Great that such specialist dealers still exist!

10, - € shipping costs for a reed sensor is more than outrageous! Order canceled. This is exactly how you ultimately force customers back to Amazon and Co.
