An absolute impudence! When I asked at Karlsplatz at the Christmas market for a particular product, and I still to a wrong phone number was given to call in the store, I went through half of Vienna to ask about this product to make fun of me and listen to me having to that if it is sold on the market, it was sold out everywhere. Not been so incompetent amateurish staff seen. Just sad!

"Created with hand and heart" is the motto. I can not describe it better either. Discovered at the Art Advent Market on Karlsplatz and given away two necklaces and bracelets for Christmas this year. Has provided great joy.
