I brought my winter coat for cleaning I unfortunately did not look at home dan the surprise the fabric is partly so damaged on the hem was ironed as it looks with too much heat or whatever. A carpet I had there, too, at the pickup I noticed that the ends are totally yellow I complained that. The clerk said that was already wet and I should put the carpet at home in the bathtub so I insisted on washing the rug again. Let's see what will become of it. In any case never again I bring something there to clean. FINGER WAY!
