Nice service, great staff. Food was OK but a little bit salty. The price was good but much higher than a few years ago(from 3.9€ to 4.5€ for one toasted pork knuckle.) Still a nice bargain compared to other restaurants.

Unfortunately, the Radatz has deteriorated a lot - quality and friendliness of the employees. The meat products developed into a mass product, and unfortunately you can taste that too! The employees in the branch in Neubaugasse are so unfriendly that I definitely won't go shopping there anymore - this butcher shop doesn't earn my good money. If you want decent quality and friendlier conditions, please go to a smaller butcher shop - after all, they are a welcome customer there.
What's up with Radatz? In itself no favorite butcher. But the selection has been miserable lately. And at 12.45 you are ripped off as if I were an annoying customer! Very disappointed. Should I look for a new business after 20 years?
