The staff are very unfriendly, I was made to wait 20 min standing inside the office when I was first there to register business for first time, though the staff was doing something with her computer. After that I ask her and she said something but in very rude and unhappy tone. They will come to public event with laugh in their face but are very rude when you are in office.. Not all but the one I deal

A visit to the office
The appointment was booked online, sent to two doors and then served in a super friendly manner.
It can go that way, although I had a lot of questions, they were all answered calmly.
Deep sleep command and pure incompetence
MA2412 atmosphere: 4 people in the room puzzling over who has to make the application. And yes, do not come with 2 different applications, that is too much for the official who has just been woken up from his sleep. You absolutely have to control everything very carefully, because everything doesn't matter to them.
Very friendly team, quick processing of applications.
Unlike I am used to from many other offices.
