CheckVienna – Apartment Kroellgasse

The photos of the apartment were not same as the advertising photo. The toilet and shower were not clean. The kitchen tools and instruments like microwave, boiler, sink, iron, etc did not work properly. The apartment did not have elevator so took all the luggages to the fourth floor. Absolutely not recommend it.

Pro: Easy (remote) check-into do according to the instructions received in the mail. Very close to Schönbrunn Palace (actually within walking distance). The kitchen is fitted with a microwave, a fridge, a kettle (not very clean and has scale built-up), dishes, cutlery some pans. Tea bags were also available. Bathroom fitted with an air-dryer. Con: First of all he place is not very clean. There was dust all over and even on carpets a lot of lint. Then, although there is a toilet, which is separate from the bathroom, there's no sink there. So one has to get out of the toilet, pass the hallway, enter the kitchen and then enter the bathroom and wash hands. All these actions with your dirty hands. Then, there is NO soap in the bathroom. Beat that! Then, the beds are not very comfortable, and the pillows were extremely used so again not a very good sleeping experience. The sofa is also not so comfy. Then in the kitchen, the owner provides a gas-stove, but no matches for it to light it up. There was also no electrical start-up for it. So pretty much useless, unless one buys some matches.

The most dirtiest anti sanitary place I ever was!!! Bed linen and towels is dirty like it 10 years in use already. Dust is everywhere. Looks like cleaning was never here before.
