Hotel Brauhof Wien

Nice hotel. Large rooms (avoid room 124 - it is smaller and far). Simple and modern. Fridge in rooms is small and VERY weak (thermo electric). No coffee in room. Staff is very friendly. Some rooms are above the local popular restaurant, so there may noise until about 11 (not loud). Breakfast is excellent. Close to tram (60, 52). Many local restaurants, and excellent ice-cream nearby. Main shopping street also nearby. Old town needs a public transport ride (or bike). Schönbrunn is relatively close (but also w public transport).

One of the best hotels in Vienna. They are not pretending they are very good, but they are. Good internet, clean and comfortable room, comfortable bed and friendly staff. That's all I need from hotel.

Nice location, prices are a little higher, but still ok. They have a good selection of beer, the food (burger) is solid and tastes good. The restaurant and the toilets were clean and the staff is friendly.

Well located and close to shopping area. Nice restaurant with own beer. Very kind staff.

Only 3 start for a average restaurant (schnitzel is pretty good but nothing else; well salads are quite good too). Nice, spacious rooms. Beer is nice but more bitterness would be welcome. The wort can be smell inside the hotel from time to time.
