0 stars for me too. I walked in, I was the only person in the store. The lady stared at me and the big cake box I was carrying. Did not acknowledge me until I had to say “Entschuldigen Sie sprechen Sie Englisch?” To which I got a firm “nein” and then ignored me and refused to help me. I don’t expect everyone to speak English but at least try and work with me a little bit. I had a picture of what I wanted. Fortunately this is the only Libro store where I’ve received this awful service.
